Silas Tonttukylä is located in a small elf village, deep in the middle of Finnish nature surrounded by pines and spruces, Here lives the Tonttus - small elves that create the special Christmas Eve atmosphere with their handmade presents. Both, child and older ones instantly fall in love with the Tonttus, handmade elves. Every time when new Christmas figurines have been published they complete their own Tonttu-collection immediately.
Silas Tonttukylä’s elf workshop was born when Tonttus, changed their lifestyles. In the past, Tonttus lived as farm elves and took care for people and animals. But when people started to move away from this rural life, almost all the elves moved Santa’s place in Korvatunturi while some found their new homes near Kuhmo. Here they assist Tonttu Uwe in creating beautiful Finnish Christmas decorations and handmade presents.
